What we provide
Embroidery service
If you or your employees wear a uniform or branded clothing, there’s no doubt that you’re helping to cement staff loyalty and feeling of belonging while building your brand and increasing its visibility - but did you know that work uniforms can also help your customers to trust you?
If you are looking to get those benefits for your organisation, we can use your existing branding or create a logo for you. Our state of the art, four-head, twelve-colour embroidery machine can customise a wide range of clothing, safety- and leisurewear.
We have full control of quality and delivery as this machine is on our premises and will embroider shirts, tees, hoodies, polos, beanies and even skip caps.
Transfers
Transfer printing
Transfer printing is a lower-cost alternative to embroidery, but this makes it better if your budgets are restricted. We can create or take your own artwork and make custom-made heat transfers to provide a cost-effective way of publicising your business or service.
Transfer printing is also perfect for fun gifts. Our wide supplier base means we can provide a broad selection of corporate and personal gifts for personalising with your branding on most fabrics. There is a minimum order for this service.
Fulfilment Services
We offer fulfilment services tailored specifically for small businesses. If you find yourself needing to send mail, pack products securely, or label items efficiently, Re-Employ is here to assist you. Whether your needs are urgent or part of a well-planned strategy, we have the expertise to help you organise and manage all of your tasks seamlessly.
Custom Printing
We bring your ideas to life with high-quality designs on T-shirts, accessories, and more. Whether for gifts, corporate wear, events or personal enjoyment, our prints are vibrant, durable, and tailored just for you. The process embeds the artwork into the material and is a high quality solution for your apparel needs.
Our Custom Printing service is known as sublimation, and is perfect for printing on mugs, too. Your favourite image, text or other graphics can be printed on a mug which will stay sharp and colourfast through multiple wash cycles - even in a dishwasher.

About us
Our Story
Our company logo is the triskele, an ancient symbol which is common to several regions and cultures around the world. In Celtic culture it represents the three domains of material existence - earth, water and sky.
Re-Employ uses the symbol to underline our creative credentials and signpost our three pillars.
Re-Employ’s three pillars symbolise our core culture, stability and approach to work.
Our Social Mission
Re-Employ’s three pillars
Supporting
Re-Employ supports disadvantaged adults in the workplace. We provide a safe and encouraging environment where people can contribute to their highest level of potential. We work with partners to provide volunteering and training opportunities which help prepare people to enter the work environment.
Sustaining
Re-employ was created in 2016 to provide continuity for workers when a major employer in the area closed. Since then, we have provided sustainable social equity & inclusion training and employment opportunities alongside full participation and engagement in our local and wider community. Where we can, our purchases & business decisions are environmentally aware – for instance our heating is biomass. We look to reduce our environmental impact where we can.
Inspiring
Re-Employ is a Disability Confident Leader - the first business of any sort to achieve this accreditation in Fife and recently renewed for another three years. We commit to maintain this leadership position and use our knowledge and skills to help other organisations achieve this status. We actively challenge attitudes, work to remove barriers and encourage potential.
