What we provide
We set up and operate co-working buildings that are suitable for a wide range of different uses, supporting and empowering the self-employed and small businesses. Whether you’re an artist, maker or musician, if you’re looking for community-focused versatile workspace, get in touch to see if we can help.
How it works
We offer individual and shared spaces in co-working buildings via flexible License To Occupy agreements. Whether you need a studio for artistic creation or a desk in a collaborative office environment, during your initial viewing we’ll discuss tailoring the options available to your needs.
You can start off on a rolling monthly basis, sharing with someone else or lock in long term. Prices begin at £150.00 per month with all bills and communal facilities included.
Expect regular friendly and informal contact with our on-site team. In the event your business grows to the point of needing extra space, you can register your interest for when one of the bigger spaces becomes available! We also have dedicated areas for short-term use, available hourly or by the half-day, day or week.

About us
Embarking on the journey towards being your own boss is appealing these days, whether it’s a part-time side-hustle or a long-term business venture. But with costs going up across the board, it’s vitally important that affordable and flexible workspace is available to help people get their ideas off the ground and continue to grow.
We’re a team of self-employed friends and small business owners based in the city of Bristol, UK. During the Covid-19 pandemic, hungry for a new creative project and tired of how expensive the city was becoming, we got involved in setting up a shared workshop space and were subsequently inspired to begin searching for empty and interesting looking commercial buildings to repurpose. After a couple of months and with a bit of luck, we found the first one, got stuck in and began the mission to inject a new lease of life into it!
Our Social Mission
The idea to transform and set-up unique and quirky co-working spaces, saving buildings from a state of disrepair in the process, was initially driven by our own need for a flexible work environment. However, we’re equally committed to providing for the city’s wider creative and local business community, and our values are based on the idea of social enterprise – we reinvest the majority of any profits into our projects to maximise our positive social impact.
Whether it’s short or long term, if we find the right building our mission is to refurbish it to support creatives and small businesses. We also offer our services setting up, managing and assisting with co-working spaces in other people’s properties.
